By creating an account on Vest.ie you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Not financial or tax advice
Vest.ie is a calculation tool. It does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. The figures generated are for informational purposes only. You remain solely responsible for ensuring that your Revenue submissions are accurate and submitted on time. When in doubt, consult a qualified tax professional.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You may use Vest.ie only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the service.
5. Subscription and billing
Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your Account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or changes at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Vest.ie and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any tax penalties or Revenue charges.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
